Hur hårda är norrmännen? Svinhårda! De fyra mer eller mindre bortglömda hjältarna ur Kompani Linge fick under Operation Grouse härda ut själva i en pytteliten stuga från 18 oktober 1942 till februari 1943. I norska fjällen (!) under vintern (!!) utan mat (!!!) Hjältarna överlevde på – nu ska vi se – en hel del renar. 13 stycken för att vara exakt. Slutsatser? Förutom köttet funkar blod är bra, ögon är helt okej, men renhjärna funkar bara om man blandar det med mjöl och blod gör en slags pudding. Tydligen ganska gott! Hur detta inte kan vara norges nationalrätt efter detta övergår mitt förstånd.
Vad gjorde dem sedan, när de undernärda och beriberisjuka fick kontakt med basen? De satte genast igång med att dräpa nazister och spränga grejer såklart! Allt bakom fiendens linjer. Akkurat passe på den.
